Help Your Child Rewire His Brain With Math Mindset!
The Problem Many parents hold damaging fixed mindsets, believing that their intelligence is unchangeable because they do not have the “math brain” to be successful in learning or helping their children with mathematics.
The Solution Have your child engage in developing a growth Math Mindset to unlock his or her full potential through the power of mathematics! The Math Mindset Program has the potential to change your child’s belief about mathematics and how he/she learns it. Research has shown that students with a growth mindset achieve at higher levels because they are more likely to persist with challenging problems and have self-belief that they can achieve.
What is the Math Mindset Program? The Math Mindset Program is not a typical tutoring program with short term goals. It is a year-long math program designed to improve students’ achievement in mathematics by focusing on mindset, math concepts, and skills needed to be successful in mathematics. The program’s ultimate goal is to prepare students for advanced math courses and for STEM related college degrees by helping them achieve higher scores in the SAT/ACT college entry exams.
Who is designed for? The Math Mindset Program is designed for k-12 and college students who lack the motivation to excel in mathematics, or off- track for completing higher level math courses, including girls, minorities, and other population that are under-represented in the STEM disciplines.
